Appointments

Patients should call by phone to make appointments.  We try to get every patient in as soon as convenient for them and schedule enough time to treat their needs.  Patients will be scheduled in order of who calls first and we try not to reschedule you just to accommodate others.  However, we do try to treat emergencies as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to stay on time with our scheduling so we ask that you arrive on time such that we do not fall behind and make others wait.  If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately giving at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.  We understand that emergencies and illness happen unexpectedly, but please let us know so we may schedule another patient who may need to be seen in that time slot.

Financial

Payment is requested at the time services are rendered.  We accept cash, checks and credit card payments with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diner's Club and JCB.  For major dental procedures and extensive cases, we can discuss and arrange payment plans with you.

If you have dental insurance, we can help you determine the coverage you have available and often advise on how to maximize your benefits.  To best assist you, please provide your dental insurance information to us prior to your scheduled appointment.  This would help us know the details to help you understand your policy.  Typically, dental insurance plans assist in paying fees for dental treatment but the patients are still responsible for paying their portion.  We will handle claims for your treatment and work with the companies on your behalf.

Warranty

Dentistry is a professional health service which, in its nature, is difficult to guarantee a long term successful outcome for all cases.  Many factors and variables that are beyond our control may cause our treatment to not last as long as expected.  We really do take pride in serving you and feel our success is defined by your satisfaction.  We will stand behind our treatment decisions and the quality of care we provide, but we are always willing to be fair with patients to remedy problems to their comfort and satisfaction.

Privacy

We make every attempt to protect your privacy and uphold the standards outlined by the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).  Please feel free to discuss any concerns or if you need details of our privacy policies and practices.
